A complete admissions file for the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree includes the following:
  • Submit a typed, one-page single or two-page double spaced, statement that expresses your motivation for choosing the chiropractic profession.
  • Have a letter of recommendation sent directly to the Office of Admissions. The letter should be from a doctor of chiropractic or other health care provider that has graduated from a professional institution.
  • Forward official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Transcripts must be sent directly to the Office of Admissions.
  • Forward an official high school transcript or GED transcript.
  • Submit a completed application form, along with a cover letter indicating any coursework in progress, to the attention of the Office of Admissions. Prospective students may apply online or download an application and a Recommendation Letter form.
  • Submit a $50 application fee.

All students are encouraged to initiate their application process one year prior to the trimester that they plan to begin their academic program. Students should apply before they have completed all prerequisites, in order to have their transcripts evaluated and possibly submitted to the Admissions Committee for a provisional or conditional acceptance.
