Application Instructions
  1. Complete the application. Dowload application.
  2. Enclose an application fee of $50 made payable to “CCCLA.”
  3. Request an official High School or GED transcript be mailed directly to Admissions office.
  4. Submit a letter of recommendation to the Admissions office. Download form.
  5. Enclose a short essay (one page) describing why you want to become a massage therapist.
