Dr. Henry received his bachelor of science in landscape architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1981. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles in 1996, graduating cum laude. Henry joined the College as a clinician in 2005 and has served as a department chair since 2006. He teaches Introduction to Clinic II and the lab in the Student Clinic. In addition, Henry is in charge of the College’s Venice Family Clinic outreach program, where CCCLA interns offer chiropractic treatment to needy Los Angeles residents.

Dr. Lydia Baghdaseriani, D.C., F.I.C.P.A.

Dr. Baghdaseriani earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1996 from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles. She joined the faculty at the College in 1997 and has served as an assistant professor and clinician since 1999. Well versed in many chiropractic techniques, Baghdaseriani has additional training in pediatrics, holding a fellowship from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Other special areas of training include pregnancy and Cox Distraction Manipulative technique. She has taught all of the technique classes, some diagnosis classes and Pediatrics, Extremity Adjusting and Physiotherapy.

Dr. Mitch Carter, B.S., D.C.

Dr. Carter received his B.S. degree from the University of Kansas in 1979. He received degrees from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1981 and West Coast University in 1995, before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles in 1999. He has been with the College since 2006, teaching Clinic Prep I and II, as well as Integrated Technique. His professional interests include functional assessment, publishing, rehab/core stability exercise and encouraging students to “think for themselves beyond mindless, antiquated, dogmatic, regurgitated ideas.” His personal hobbies include modifying his vehicle, piano, exercise and time with family and pets.

Felix Lee, D.C., C.C.S.P.

Dr. Lee earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2000. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and also has advanced certification in Graston Technique. He joined the College in 2006 as a member of CCCLA’s clinical faculty and also serves in the Clinical Sciences department, teaching Soft Tissue Methods and Graston technique.

Howard Maize, A.A., B.A., D.C.

Dr. Maize received his A.A. in psychology from Los Angeles Valley College and also attended University of California, Los Angeles before receiving his B.A. from West Coast University in Los Angeles, studying pre-chiropractic courses. He graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles (CCCLA) in 1994 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He opened Maize Chiropractic Center in Los Angeles in 1995, and has worked for CCCLA in different capacities since his days as a teaching assistant.
Currently, he is an instructor at the College and serves as the treating doctor at the University of Southern California’s (USC) Student Health Care Center through a partnership between USC and the College. He is the first chiropractor to have privileges at USC Medical Center and the first to lead its medical interns through chiropractic rotations. Maize holds several certifications, has been published, and has been the on-location chiropractor for several well-known television shows. He is married and has three cats, a rat and a dog. Away from his endeavors in education, he enjoys photography and traveling.

Andrew Park, B.S., D.C.

Dr. Park received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1998. He joined the faculty at Cleveland Chiropractic College-Los Angeles in 2006 and currently serves as a clinician and assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences where he teaches Clinic Internship I.

Victor Tong, B.S., M.B.A., D.C., D.A.C.B.R.

Dr. Tong received both his B.S. degree in Basic Sciences and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1979 from Logan College of Chiropractic. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and has achieved diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology. He joined the faculty part time in 1986 and switched to full time in 1989. Tong has taught X-ray Interpretation, X-ray Case Presentation and clinic X-ray.
Professional interests for Tong include postgraduate radiology seminars, training in chiropractic education, chiropractic education overseas and general business administration. His hobbies include, movies, automobiles and spending time with family.
