The College’s Health Centers are primary sources of health care for many people in the Los Angeles area, with thousands of patient visits each year – meaning you benefit from a wealth of clinical experiences. In Los Angeles, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Venice Family Clinic Wellness and Integrative Medicine Treatment Center, the nation’s largest free clinic in the United States, and the USC University Park Health Center. In Kansas City you can participate in programs at the Truman Medical Center hospital complex, the Veterans Administration Hospital and the Kansas City Free Clinic. These programs provide real-world experience while you’re still in school. Following graduation you can work side-by-side with a field doctor in Cleveland’s nationwide preceptorship program.
