Seminar Registration
Seminars are restricted to doctors who have graduated from chiropractic degree programs. Full-time students currently enrolled in chiropractic degree programs may attend specific seminars if they meet appropriate prerequisites and attain prior approval by the Office of Postgraduate Education. To register, doctors must give license numbers and students must show current student identification.

Preregistration
Seminar preregistration is accepted via the web site, fax, telephone, or by mail. To qualify for the preregistration discount, attendees must be registered by the advertised deadline (normally 1-2 weeks prior to the seminar). Tuition can be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Only those preregistered will be notified in the event of changes and/or cancellations, guaranteed seminar notes, and assured of seating in limited enrollment seminars.

Attendance Monitoring
The Office of Postgraduate Education is required by State Board of Chiropractic Examiners to verify attendance at each seminar. Attendees will be expected to sign in and out with the seminar monitor each day of the program and remain in the classroom throughout the seminar. If attendees arrive late, leave early, or do not remain in the classroom for any portion of the seminar, the College is required to deduct the appropriate number of hours from the attendance verification. Hours of attendance will be determined by the documentation provided by the seminar monitor. The number of hours will automatically be reduced if appropriate signatures are not provided. Attendance verification is issued for the actual hours of attendance only.

Attendance Verification
Upon receipt and verification of attendance records, attendance verifications will be mailed directly to each attendee following the seminar. Attendees are responsible for maintaining a copy for their records and reporting their hours to the appropriate State Board(s), when applicable. The College will report attendance information to the State Board(s) that require "official" College notification of course attendance. Due to administrative costs, attendees will be asked to pay $10 for duplicate requests.

Transcripts
Transcripts are available upon completion of certification or Diplomate courses. A $10 fee is charged for each official transcript requested.

Course Cancellation
The College makes every effort to offer all programs as planned. However, the College reserves the right to change seminar instructor, location, date, and/or times as well as cancel seminars. Preregistered attendees will be notified of changes. The College assumes no responsibility for non-refundable expenses incurred by registrants due to course cancellation.

Refunds
If it is necessary to cancel a seminar registration, contact the Office of Postgraduate Education at least one day prior to the seminar and transfer the tuition payment to another seminar within the same academic year. If the tuition is not transferred, refunds, less $50 administrative fee, must be requested within one week following the seminar.

State Relicensure Credit
The Office of Postgraduate Education routinely requests state board approval for a seminar in the state in which it occurs. Additional state approvals may be submitted for some seminars. Submittal does not assure approval. Providing a license number on a registration form is helpful in providing attendance verifications upon completion of the seminar, but it does not ensure that board approvals will be or have been requested for that state. Contact the Office of Postgraduate Education for state submittal and approval information. Fees may be required for submittal to additional states.
