The Alumni Association's goals are to establish and develop programs and services involving past, present and future alumni and friends of the College. Representing all alumni of the College, the Association supports activities such as:
- Homecoming
- Student scholarships
- New student orientation activities
- Student participation in the Chiropractic Athletic Games and Mentoring activities

Effective for the 2007 - 2008 term the new rates will be:
Kansas City: Alumni Yearly Dues - $50 Lifetime Membership - $1,000
Los Angeles: Alumni Yearly Dues - $50 Lifetime Membership - $500
The membership year is from Homecoming to Homecoming.
